Cancellation Policy
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. After this timeframe, the order may already be in processing, and we may not be able to accommodate your request. If your cancellation is received within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

We are confident in the effectiveness of our products, and we recommend trying them for at least 14 days to experience the full benefits of ElectronMag. However, if you remain unsatisfied, you may request a return after 14 days and within 60 days from your purchase date. Please note that any applicable shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged Items
We package our products with care to prevent damage during shipping. Items are considered damaged if they have a defect or arrive physically broken. Damaged packaging (e.g., dented boxes) is not classified as product damage if the product itself is in good condition.
If your item arrives damaged, please report it within 72 hours of delivery by emailing Support@electronmag.com with a clear photo of the damage. We will review the case and may send a replacement at no additional cost. Please note, we do not offer refunds, replacements, or returns for items damaged due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper handling.
Shipping and Delivery
While we aim to deliver your order promptly, we cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control, such as those caused by couriers, customs, or other factors during shipping. If you experience delivery issues, please contact the courier directly. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is provided at checkout. If an incorrect address is submitted and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing the order, you will not be eligible for a resend or a refund.
