Order Processing Times
Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order. Dispatch occurs once we hand your order over to the shipping carrier, and it’s on its way to your chosen address. During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days.

Please note, shipping carriers may experience delays, especially during peak seasons or due to customs checks for international orders. These delays are outside of our control and may increase the overall delivery timeframe.
Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details
Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping details provided at checkout are accurate. Incomplete or incorrect addresses can result in delays or order cancellations. If there is an issue with the address provided, our team will reach out within 3 business days of the order being placed. If we don’t receive a response within this timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
If you realize there’s an error in your shipping details, please email us at Support@electronmag.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we’ll do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee adjustments after this period.
Delayed Delivery
We understand the importance of receiving your order promptly and aim to ship all orders as quickly as possible. However, there may be delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather, transit issues, or customs delays.
In the event of any delay, we’ll keep you updated and work with the courier to ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible. Please note that ElectronMag cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to external factors.
Lost or Stolen Packages
While rare, packages can sometimes go missing. Once a package is handed over to the courier, it is outside of our direct control. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at Support@electronmag.com. We encourage you to reach out to the courier to file a claim for lost or stolen packages, as they may require information from you to process the claim. We will also follow up with the courier on your behalf and provide updates.
Please note that ElectronMag is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they’re in transit, as this falls outside our refund policy. However, we are here to help and, depending on the situation, may offer a replacement if the package cannot be located. In some cases, it may be helpful to file a police report if the package is confirmed lost.
